SL Learned...

♦ Always buy dances from the Creator directly, or the DMC kiosk may tell you it's out of stock, NCs & tickets go ignored, and LL could typically give a fuck about inworld fraud!

♦ Firestorm, Marketplace, screenshots, Photoshop, copy/paste & Google are your friends!

♦ Make your tools easily accessible.  Organize your inventory and never trash "junk."  You can always build and manipulate off of "crap."  ...Seriously, put on your favorite station, and do a 1 time, thorough categorization of your inventory for like 3 days (mine's done like how a store catalogs their departments).  Then immediately file new things correctly ... Dump all "currently useless" things into a box and then take that box into your inventory for later (yeah, a bit like Russian matryoshka nesting dolls).

♦ Read and learn endlessly, knowledge is power.  ...Blogs I like so far: Strawberry Singh, Across The Grid With Lindal Kidd, The SL Newser, & VIRTUAL BLOKE: Queer eye from the pixel guy.

♦ Jim Morrison said it best when he sang that "People Are Strange" - consider your source of residents and make appropriate changes if you don't like what's going on.  Make this life (SL or RL) YOURS!
